Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a crucial, very powerful and one of the most information rich analytical technique for identification of chemical or biological compounds.

It is used for elucidation of detailed compound structure and dynamics in addition to qualitative and quantitative measurements in several areas of chemistry, life‐, nano‐ and material sciences.

Today, the technique is key for several tasks within academia and in industry. The major areas of applications include drug discovery, metabolomics, material science, food quality analysis and especially within R&D and Q&A in chemistry and the pharmaceutical industry.
